I want my art to set off
an avalanche of
"giving others permission
I am an artist based in Austria. My award-winning expressive and figurative works are primarily in oils, although recently works include rust, patinas, metal leaf and resin.
I love beauty, which can be found everywhere, even simply in how light and colors change through the seasons. I find inspiration in the everyday, seemingly banal moments, moments that feel unobserved, in vintage-chic film scenes and travels. It is the tight rope between pop culture and nostalgia, timeless craftsmanship and modern technology, realism and hope that inspires and challenges my creative eye.
My work has received international recognition and can be found in corporate and private collections world wide, and I have shown in solo and group exhibitions throughout Europe including Venice, London and Vienna.

Serious Fun: Corporate Creativity
My career as an artist has led me to graphic design. What began as a need to market my own brand branched out and today I am proud to work with innovative corporations and entrepreneurs in developing brand identity and visual assets.

I strongly believe
and that to create
is to be
that everyone is creative
I have made it a mission to rekindle the creative spark in people and businesses, offering workshops both in the making of artwork as well as corporate creativity. Through exercises, theory, and projects, people remember that tasks and life can be fun. We creative-apostles call this serious fun: finding your flow and having fun while getting real work done. You have to have serious fun—every day and in every task—in order to get the best results and live an inspired life.

I am from the waves, from the forest, open skies and mountain peaks; I am from the sidewalks, subways and coffee shops. Midwest, West Coast, East Coast, Europe. I was raised between Portland, Oregon and Kansas City and studied in Boston and Salzburg. Born in the Colorado mountains, I have made the mountains of Austria my home. “A person who does not act and think creatively ceases to be an image of God” (unknown)—I create because I am from the Creator.
